POV: you get extensions for volume, not length

Many of us have finer shorter hair through the sides of our head. This can be due to genetics, hormonal changes, postpartum shed, autoimmune disorders, weight loss and many other factors.

If you have very fine hair adding a few small extensions in the sides can have a huge impact! We typically recommend switching extensions out every 10-12 weeks on extra fine hair because the attachments are so small.

We also recommend taking Nutrafol so that we can keep those precious strands in the growth phase rather than shedding out and we can encourage more length and thickness.

Bioprogramming technology is based in quantum physics and rooted in nature.

While it’s very complex, what it does is simple:

It brings excess moisture from your body to the surface. Using this technology on your hair, you’ll notice more moisture, more shine, less friction/breakage and less frizz each time you style.

BTD Director of Education @hairbycaitlyn likes to demonstrate this by blowing cool air from the Repronizer onto clients fingers while letting them glide together. As the cool air blows onto their skin, they notice an immediate reduction of friction.

HOW TO: The Easiest Damage-free Curls

I like to section my hair and pull everything forward using both a 1” and 1.4” treatment device rather than a traditional curling iron. I prefer a messier more undone style. I feel like this way my style just gets better day by day and I’m really able to make it last with minimal touch ups!

Do you time struggle curling your hair? If you want to learn without causing damage my number one tip is to get a bioprogramming treatment device to curl your hair!

When we’re learning to curl, we typically move slower and need to go over the same pieces multiple times. With a traditional curling iron this can cause major heat damage, breakage or discoloration of the hair. (Especially in blondes)

When using a treatment device like I am in this video, you can curl your hair completely guilt free! You don’t need a heat protectant of any kind and you can rest assured the device will never cause damage.

There’s no wrong call here, using a Bioprogramming Repronizer/ treatment device to style your hair instead of a blow dryer/ styling tool- is a game changer for your hair health, short term and long term.

So which one should I get⁉️

Here’s my general rule of thumb- if you’re a stylist using these devices in the salon, I recommend using 7D or above. The changes that take place on each head of hair will be most noticeable at a higher level. Blondes will be brighter and more reflective, brunettes will be richer and more shiny!

If you’re not a stylist and you’re using them at home, then IMO it depends on the existing condition of your hair. The higher the number, the faster and more noticeable the results will be. So, is your hair in dire need of repair or, is it healthy but- you don’t ever want to worry about damaging it again?

For extra dry, curly, frizzy, damaged hair I would definitely recommend the highest density of technology your budget allows.

None of these devices will ever cause heat damage! No matter which one you choose. It’s more of a “how fast do I want to improve my hair” type of thing.

The more you use these devices THE BETTER! The sooner you start using them, the BETTER!
